Why are we creatures of habit?

A new survey, carried out by oral care brand TePe, has revealed how most of us are creatures of habit. Apparently, 37 per cent of people asked have had the same haircut for as long as they can remember, 23 per cent stick to the same TV shows they know and love, while over one firth always order the same drink at the bar. But how do we actually develop these habits? And how do we break them? Sean was joined by neuroscientist Dr Brian Pennie to discuss...
