A default speed limit of thirty kilometres per hour should be implemented in all built up areas across the country.  That’s the view of the Love 30 campaign, who have this morning called on the Oireachtas to implement that change in the forthcoming Road Traffic Bill.  Is this a good idea?  To discuss we heard from Mairéad Forsythe, Spokesperson for Love 30 and Barry Aldworth, Senior Media Officer with AA Ireland.
