Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has revealed that the Health Department will not reach surgery targets for children with spinal problems. Currently, there are 266 children are currently waiting on scoliosis surgery with some waiting up to 4 years. One of those is 9-year-old Kylie Ann Steward
