Ireland needs a “cohesive national testing strategy” to make “best use” of emerging developments in testing for coronavirus, that’s according to a report from Hiqa. Dr Máirín Ryan is Hiqa’s deputy chief executive and director of health technology assessment who did the analysis joined us on the show.
