Motorist who are obstructing the footpaths, bus a cycle lane will be now a subject for more severe fines. Minister of Transport signed a regulation which will double the fine from 40 to 80 euro.  Is it enough to tackle the problem of illegal parking in our cities?  Ciara was joined on the show by  Una Morrison  a spokesperson for Dublin Cycling Campaign.
