A staggering 30,000 people have applied to return to the health service in a bid to tackle Coronavirus with applications coming from home and abroad.

We speak to two such applicants, Deirdre Mullins, TV Producer and Travel Writer, and retired GP Ken Egan, about their reasonings for rejoining the medical workforce.
