A special Oireachtas committee is being set up to make recommendations on how the law should treat international surrogacy but is the practice exploitation of women and children?  To discuss this Ciara was joined on the show by  Government Special Rapporteur on Child Protection, Conor O’Mahony and Susan Lohan, Co-Founder of Adoption Rights Alliance.
