The Government is set to introduce a deposit returns scheme for drinks containers in 2021 with a proposed model where consumers pay a deposit on all PET plastic drinks bottles and aluminum cans.  But should the scheme be extended to capture all drinks containers including glass bottles? To discuss further we heard from Mindy O'Brien, Co-ordinator of VOICE, the voice of Irish Concerned for the Environment and Seamus Clancy CEO of REPAK.
