If the the Dáil and the Seanad were to pass legislation making a Covid-19 vaccine compulsory, legal experts believe constitutional law could support such a move rather than being a barrier to it.  To discuss further we heard by Conor O’Mahoney a lecturer in law at UCC & Liam Herrick Executive Director of the Irish Council for Civil Liberties.
