In a tweet yesterday Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney has accused the British government of creating a new "red line" barrier on the Northern Ireland protocol. The UK's Brexit Minister, David Frost, responded saying that he preferred "not to do negotiations by Twitter".
