Concerns have been raised that our testing and tracking isn’t quick enough to allow for an orderly reopening of the country.  For more on this we were  joined by Cillian De Gascun, Chair of the Coronavirus Expert Advisory Group at the Department of Health's National Public Health Emergency Team.
