Dublin City Council has proposed updating the building height limits for the city, which could see some buildings reaching 25 storeys or potentially even higher.  In reaction to this, we spoke to Hugh Wallace Director, Douglas Wallace Architects and Ian Lumley, head of advocacy with An Taisce.
