The government has forked out more than 100 million euros in grants to incentivise motorists to buy electric vehicles, new figures reveal. And with sales of high end ‘green’ vehicles set to rocket over the coming years, the coalition has been urged to review its policy of paying grants to high-earning buyers Do we need to review our electric car subsidy schemes? To discuss this we spoke to  Geraldine Herbert, Motoring Expert, and Darren O’Rourke, Sinn Féin spokesperson on Transport  & Meath East TD.
