Dublin City Council has confirmed that cars will be banned from 4 streets around the Grafton Street area from May 24th ahead of the June return of outdoor dining. However, one group representing city centre businesses have criticised the plans saying that far more of the city should be pedestrianised. Richard Guiney, CEO of Dublin Town has been outlining the plans.
