Ireland’s newest University will be established next year, as Galway-Mayo, Sligo, and Letterkenny institutes of technology come together to form the Technological University for the West and North West. But with the skill shortage leaving many homeowners without access to electricians and plumbers, is another University what Ireland really needs? To discuss we spoke to Niall Collins is Minister of State at the Department of Further and Higher Education.
