The government has unveiled their latest National Development Plan valued at €165bn. Green Party leader Eamon Ryan says that the pledge to spend 2:1 ratio on public transport over roads is proof of the government’s willingness to tackle climate change and the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications and Minister for Transport Eamon Ryan spoke to Ciara this morning on the show.
