Cut the speed limits on motorways to 110 kilometres an hour to reduce carbon emissions – that’s one of the ideas the Green Party are looking for as government agrees to a review of speed limits . For more on this we were joined by Ciaran Cuffe, Green Party MEP, and Conor Faughnan, Director of Consumer Affairs with the AA.
