Dublin City Council along Dublin Fire Brigade is urging citizens to report if they see bonfire material stockpiles after a fire brigade was rushed to a blaze in Cabra in Dublin last week.  We were joined by Catherine Brophy Walsh, Public Domain Officer at Dublin City Council to explain more.
