Dublin has dropped out of the top 10 in an index of the “most liveable” cities in the world due to Covid-related restrictions. The liveability of cities is assessed annually by ECA International based on factors like availability of health services; housing and utilities; infrastructure; climate; personal safety; political tensions and air quality.
