Finian McGrath has said he was wrong to suggest gardaí were involved in political policing and had an agenda in how they implement drink-driving laws. The comments were made in an interview with the Sunday Independent in which he also said that ‘breathalysing time should be at pub closing time between 12 and 2am in the morning’. Leo Leigho, member of the Irish Road Victims Association who daughter Marissa was killed in a hit and run incident and Seamus Boland, CEO of Irish Rural Link join to discuss.
