Garden centres and hardware shops are back open this morning as part of the first easing of Coronavirus restrictions. Rachel Doyle is Executive Chair and founder of the Arboretum garden centre in Leighlinbridge in Carlow and Kilquade in Wicklow  Declan Ronayne, Chairman at Chadwicks Group & Woodies DIY are opening their doors and they joins us now.
