Transport Infrastructure Ireland is inviting the public to share their views on proposed 3,500km National Cycle Network for Ireland.

The network will make it easier and safer for people to commute for leisure and tourism. It also aims to reduce reliance on cars.

Former professional cyclist Nicholas Roche joined joined Ciara and Shane to voice his thoughts.
