This week we brought you the results of an exclusive survey by Newstalk Breakfast which revealed that nearly 9 in 10 women feel uncomfortable walking alone after dark. 13% of women surveyed said they had been attacked after dark, and 60% said they had been verbally harassed. We’ve carried out another survey with our female elected representatives, asking them how safe they feel walking alone after dark. Newstalk reporter Sarah Ruane talked us through the survey results.
