The government are expected to ease Covid restrictions by the end of January with crowds set to increase at outdoor and indoor events. With Ireland’s Six Nations opener against set for the Aviva Stadium on the fifth of February and the GAA’s National Leagues set to get underway, sports bosses are hoping for a full return of capacity crowds. Jack Chambers Minister of State for Sport & Gaeltacht Affairs and also  Liam Fanning, Professor of Immunology at UCC spoke to Shane this morning on the show.
