A new report from Oxfam has found that Ireland’s nine billionaires have increased their net wealth by €18.3 billion since the start of the pandemic. Oxfam is calling for a 1.5 percent tax on those with assets worth more than €4, which they say would generate €4 billion in tax revenue.
