For the first time, a person living in Ireland is more likely to be overweight or obese than a ‘normal’ weight, after the pandemic caused a surge in unhealthy eating, that’s according to recent stats from the World Health Organisation.  

 So, is it time to get tough on junk food?  To discuss this further Ciara spoke to Gaye Godkin Nutritionist.
