Is third-level education too cheap? UCC President John O’Halloran has said we need to have an honest conversation around fees as the current €3,000 annual student contribution is lower than some of the fees charged by private secondary schools. To discuss this further Shane was joined by President of University Limerick, Professor Kersten Mey.
