The College of Psychiatrists is warning that cannabis is the “gravest threat” to the mental health of young people in Ireland - with an estimated 45 thousand 15 to 34-year-olds now meeting the criteria for cannabis dependence. Dr Gerry McCarney, a consultant child, and adolescent addiction psychiatrist talked to Shane.
