Now you may remember back in April, Tánaiste and Business Minister Leo Varadkar announced that All employees will have right to disconnect from work. However, a new report from Trinity College Dublin says legislation is needed to set in stone the right of Irish workers to disconnect.  Fore more on this we heard from Mark Bell, Regius Professor of Laws at Trinity College Dublin.
