A new ESRI report has revealed that Budget 2022 measures compensate most households for rising prices but increases to the carbon tax and tobacco duty disproportionately affect lower-income households. To discuss this report Ciara spoke to the Senior Research Officer with ESRI, Dr Karina Doorley.
