Ukraine's military intelligence chief has claimed that Russia wants to split Ukraine in two similar to North and South Korea.  The claim comes ahead of the latest peace talks between Ukrainian and Russian officials which are taking place in Turkey.  Bel Trew International correspondent for The Independent spoke to Ciara this morning on the show.
