There is finally light at the end of the teacher shortage tunnel.  Following yesterday’s talks with Minister for Education Norma Foley, the country's teacher education colleges have agreed to make available postgraduate and 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students to help support stretched staff in schools. John Boyle is the General Secretary of the Irish National Teachers Association spoke to Shane on the show this morning.
