A new report by the Irish Institutional Property outlines that close to 50,000 homes will be needed every year until at least mid-century if Ireland is to have a substantial housing market. With most of these houses needed in urban areas are we capable of meeting this demand with a growing population that is expected to reach 6.5 million by 2050?
