News laws proposed for grooming children into life of crime

The Cabinet is looking at a bill this morning which seeks to criminalise grooming children into crime gangs. People found guilty of grooming children into a life of crime will face up to five years under proposed new laws. With reaction to this new proposed laws was Former Garda Assistant Commissioner for Dublin, Dr. Pat Leahy.
