The regeneration of O’Devaney Gardens, once one of Dublin city’s most troubled social housing estates, is to go ahead after Dublin City Councillors ratified a €7 million deal with developers Bartra earlier this week 

Conor Skehan, Former chairman of Housing agency and Housing Lecturer in Technological University Dublin tells us why the project could point the way forward in our housing crisis.
