There are calls for the Phoenix Park to be closed while Dublin city is under Covid restrictions. Car access to the park was restricted during the last lockdown to accommodate the increase in walkers and cyclists – but that’s not the case this time around.  For more on this we heard from Kieran Ryan - spokesperson for Dublin Cycling Campaign.
