The Russian embassy in Dublin could soon be located on “Independent Ukraine Road”. Yes, councilors have proposed a name change for Orwell Road where the embassy is located. It was unanimously agreed upon by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council but as the road is partially located in Dublin City Council territory, they must agree upon it too.
