Russia’s offensive on the Donbas region of Ukraine is continuing with more Russian troops pouring over the border in their attempt to capture the region. Meanwhile Russia’s latest deadline for Ukrainian forces in Mariupol to lay down their weapons passed with no surrender issued. 

 Yuriy Sak a spokesperson for Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence spoke to Vincent this morning.
