Parents should be fined for their children’s anti-social behaviour  that’s the call from Limerick Councillor Liam Galvin.  The Former Mayor of Limerick City and County says that docking parents' salaries or social welfare payments would incentivise them to bring their “lawless” kids to heal. For reaction to this suggestion we heard from Independent Dublin City Councillor, Mannix Flynn.
