Criminals with multiple previous convictions should not be able to avail of free legal aid that is the view of Independent Councillor for the Cappamore/Kilmallock constituency in Limerick, PJ Carey. To discuss this further Ciara was joined on the show this morning by Cllr PJ Carey and Executive director of the Irish Council for Civil liberties Liam Herrick.
