The government is planning a nationwide ban on the sale of all smoky fuels, with details of the move, which will be introduced in phases, set to be published by February, the Business Post reported yesterday.  But is this the right idea?  Well, to discuss further, we were joined on the show by Cara Augustenborg, Environmental and Policy developer and Seamus Boland, CEO of Irish Rural Link.
