Sinn Féin has accused the Government of operating a “Dáil on go slow”.
The main opposition party has said there is precious little to do and is unhappy that Oireachtas Committees are not yet up and running.
On Newstalk Breakfast, Donegal TD Pádraig Mac Lochlainn described it as unacceptable given the election was in November.
“We have no legislation whatsoever for the next two-days, so we’ve a Dáil on go slow,” he said.
“So, we have a Dáil that has now been in place four-months after a Government was formed.
“We don’t have Oireachtas Committees established, we have had hardly any legislation… So, we have a Parliament that isn’t functioning.
“It goes back to Michael Lowry and the deal he did with the Government and their determination to protect him.”
Also on the programme, Fine Gael's Barry Ward accused Sinn Féin of being “deeply cynical”.
"The reason that we haven't passed legislation is that the committees are not in place," he said.
"The reason the committees are not in place is because Sinn Féin have frustrated that process by continually arguing about Dáil speaking rights."
