Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said he is ‘annoyed’ at Dara Murphy’s unwillingness to take part in an investigation into his Dail attendance and expenses. 

When Mr Murphy stepped down the Taoiseach said at the time that the former Minister for European affairs would take part in a review.
