Back in November we reported from Wicklow on plans for a direct provision centre in the town.   

It caused controversary in the area as people were disappointed that the local hotel was too close to accommodate the centre.   

We sent our reporter Barry Whyte back to the town this week to see what difference - or not - the centre has had
