The number of penalty point notices issued rose by over 10,000 last year despite Covid-19 restrictions, that's according to new stats released to Newstalk by the Department of Transport under the freedom of information act . Newstalk reporter Eoghan Murphy gave us a breakdown of those figures and for reaction we were joined by Darren O'Rourke Sinn Féin spokesperson on Transport.
