UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that Covid-19 restrictions will be eased in England as planned next week, with non-essential retail, gyms, hairdressers, libraries and zoos will reopen from next Monday, 12 April.  This news comes after the UK government announced it will allow a number of people to attend public events such as football matches from this month in trials of a virus certification system. For more on this we heard from London based journalist  Vincent McAviney.
