Taoiseach Micheál Martin has said he is disappointed "with some of the issues" with vaccine supply in the first three months of this year. It comes as HSE CEO Paul Reid said that only 1.1 million vaccine doses are likely to arrive in Ireland in the first quarter of the year, below the initial expectation of 1.24m.
