Vicky Phelan will today receive the Freedom of Limerick award for her heroic work in uncovering the Cervical Check scandal as well as advocating for the rights of terminally ill people to end their suffering.  We were delighted to have Vicky chat with Shane this morning and she told him how she felt getting selected for this special award?
