  Since the first quarter of 2023, rents for new tenancies rose by 8.1 per cent nationally, that’s according to the Residential Tenancies Board  

The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers say much of the data is still incomplete in terms of giving a full understanding of what is actually happening in the rental market. Speaking to Ciara this morning was their CEO, Pat Davitt.
