Today is World Bicycle Day, celebrating the humble bicycle, around for two centuries, a simple affordable and an environmentally sustainable means of transport. Henry McKean visited St Joseph's in Shankill in Dublin, dedicated to dementia care, who have been bringing their residents out on Tri-Shaws a three wheeled bike, a bit like a rickshaw.
